What is Assistive Technology Technical Support?

Technical Support is different from training or direct services. We don’t teach a class, nor do we work with individuals. Instead, we work alongside your organization to solve problems, plan strategies, and support long-term goals.

It’s a collaborative process – focused on working together to improve how Assistive Technology is used, shared, and supported.

AT Technical Support might include:

  • Problem-solving around specific challenges
  • Recommending tools, services, or resources
  • Helping to develop strategies or action plans
  • Working together on implementation steps

AT Support may take place over a few conversations or across a longer-term project.

Either way, it’s all about finding the right solutions… together.

Who is AT Technical Support for?

We’ve designed our AT Technical Support for any organisation looking to better understand, implement, or improve the use of Assistive Technology.

Which of these is you?

  • A school district developing a process to determine AT needs of your students?
  • An employer working to create a more accessible workplace?
  • A state or local agency shaping services that include AT?
  • A healthcare provider aiming to integrate AT into care plans?

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Whatever your level of Assistive Technology expertise, we’re here to help you navigate the options and move forward with confidence.
